Vocational Skills Educator

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Apprenticeship Tutor/Assessor to contribute to the success of our learners and drive business growth. This role requires a strong passion for training and skills development, with a focus on delivering high-quality Apprenticeships across various standards.
The successful applicant will engage in the planning and delivery of programmes within work-based learning qualifications, potentially assessing competence on-site. Key responsibilities include delivering at least 1-2 days per week towards the Level 3 Apprenticeship standard, while providing support to other Tutors as required.
- Design and deliver tailored learning experiences, incorporating industry insights and best practices.
- Evaluate learner progress, adjusting instruction to meet individual needs.
- Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.
- GCSE A*-C or equivalent in maths and English.
- Experience in vocational skills education or a related field.
- Dedication to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults.
Up to £40,000 per annum, depending on full-time or part-time employment status.
