Job Title: Senior C&S Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior C&S Engineer to join our design team at EFAB Resourcing Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering technical solutions for a wide range of projects, in accordance with all relevant Engineering and Company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry and functional standards, technology, and norms.
  • Be familiar with all relevant systems and have a good understanding of the availability and use of all relevant electronic tools and software.
  • Have full awareness and understanding of relevant legislation and standards, and their practical application.
  • Awareness and understanding of all relevant Company Policies, processes, and procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • A formal UK qualification in Civil and Structural Engineering.
  • Degree or master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience in a Senior role Civil and Structural Engineering role, with leadership experience and people skills.
  • Honesty, integrity, and reliability, with solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • High diligence, organisational skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Good presentation skills (PowerPoint) and understanding of data privacy standards.
