As a Senior Nurse Specialist, you'll work alongside like-minded professionals who share your commitment to outcomes-focused, individualized care. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing care plans that promote the overall health and well-being of our service users.
Our service users are encouraged to take part in adult education programs or vocational opportunities, including work experience. We offer a range of occupational therapy, including yoga and relaxation, art and drama, sports and exercise in our on-site facilities.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement care plans that promote the overall health and well-being of service users

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration
- Experience in mental health nursing, particularly in Personality Disorder
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
