Luxury Art Sales Professional

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Art Sales and Marketing Expert to join our team at Clarendon Fine Art. As an Art Sales and Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, matching our unrivalled portfolio of world-class art with their tastes and collections, and proactively generating new leads to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Ambassador: Being the face of the brand in gallery, greeting, qualifying, and onboarding new clients from footfall, to telephone, web and partnership opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management (CRM): Nurturing relationships with new and existing clients, matching our unrivalled portfolio of world-class art with their tastes and collections.
- Sales Strategy: Proactively generating new leads, re-engaging lapsed clients, and nurturing potential buyers, all while meticulously managing the gallery's database to achieve sales targets whilst delivering an exceptional and seamless art buying experience.
- Consultative Sales: Attending home approvals, ensuring every client interaction is as personal and exceptional as the art they're purchasing.
- Events Sales: Hosting exclusive events and providing a tailored, VIP experience for your clients - taking them on a journey from browsing to owning their next masterpiece.
Requirements
- You are engaging, tenacious, and ready to bring vibrancy to every conversation.
- You're motivated by hitting (and smashing) sales targets and are eager to earn unlimited commission.
- You're passionate about delivering a top-tier client experience and building lasting relationships.
- You have at least one year of experience in a target-driven sales role. (Art knowledge is a bonus, but not required)
- A driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential for this role.
