About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Chartered Surveyor to join our Renewables team in Oxford. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in representing and advising landowners on renewable energy developments and projects.

The successful applicant will work alongside a small team delivering some of the best Renewables projects in the region. Our UK wide Energy and Renewables department has experienced significant growth over the past 18 months, and we are committed to driving sustainable solutions for a greener future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to landowners, promoting their land for renewable energy developments and ensuring their interests are well-represented throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist in negotiations with developers, advising on heads of terms and reporting to clients with recommendations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, solicitors, accountants, and other professional advisors to provide the best advice to clients.
  • Conduct regular site visits nationwide to appraise sites, build relationships with clients, and meet with developers.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on progress and maintaining momentum in negotiations.
