About the Role

We are seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our team as a Brand Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing personalized product recommendations to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide inspirational and authentic customer service, ensuring that each client feels valued, respected, connected, and confident.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our market-leading products, including skincare, makeup, and fragrance, to confidentially recommend custom-fit routines.
  • Maintain a visually appealing shopping environment by adhering to high standards of visual merchandising.
  • Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to create a unique and inspirational in-store experience that educates, inspires, and surprises our clients.

Requirements
  • A passion for beauty and a desire to provide exceptional customer service
  • Able to work flexibly across days/hours, with a focus on creating a good work-life balance
  • Previous retail industry/customer services experience is beneficial, but not essential
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
