Software Asset Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced software licence specialist, administrator to join our global services company, Cooper Lomaz. As a Software Asset Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing software licences across multiple vendors, including Microsoft, Adobe, and Oracle. Your key tasks will include maintaining an accurate inventory of all software, assisting in the management of software licence agreements, and proactively researching cost-saving activities. You will also be involved in the transfer of the purchasing process via the Spend council and reviewing purchasing, renewals, and additions in licensing.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Snow and Snow Atlas, including SAM core and SAAS, and excellent communication skills to work with third-party stakeholders and clients. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining good relationships with stakeholders at all levels and communicating effectively with them. In addition, you will assist in the development and implementation of processes and documentation for Software Asset Management (SAM).
