Denholm Associates is seeking a highly skilled Reward Manager to join their dynamic team in Glasgow. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for managing, developing, and implementing the group reward strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall business and people strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, providing expert consultancy on all areas of reward.
- Lead activities related to the annual reward cycle, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new reward programmes, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
- Support regional reward activities across one or more of the company's global regions, ensuring consistency while addressing local nuances.
- Engage in horizon scanning to identify emerging trends and best practices in reward management.
- Proven experience in a generalist reward role within a large organization.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing and implementing reward strategies that align with business and people strategies.
- Experience supporting Remuneration Committees (RemCo) and providing consultancy support to senior stakeholders.
- International exposure and the ability to work within diverse regional contexts.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
