Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead our team and drive excellence in our community pharmacy in North Yorkshire.

This pharmacy is a key part of our network, providing a wide range of services to our patients and customers. As a Pharmacist Manager, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team to deliver exceptional patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of pharmacists and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care and services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Manage the pharmacy's operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and customer service.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in pharmacy management, preferably in a community pharmacy setting.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
