Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead our team and drive excellence in patient care at our pharmacy in North Yorkshire.

This community pharmacy is a key part of our network, providing a wide range of services including NMS, blood pressure monitoring, flu vaccines, and COVID-19 vaccines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a dynamic team to deliver exceptional community pharmacy services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with our Area Operations Manager and Regional Operations Manager to achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure our pharmacy remains at the forefront of community pharmacy services.

Requirements:

  • MPharm degree or equivalent in the UK.
  • Proven management experience in a community pharmacy setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
