At Monarch, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert product knowledge and support to customers via phone, email, and online chat.
- Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their water softener requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
- Proven work experience in sales, preferably in a customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Knowledge of water softeners or plumbing industry is a plus.
- Proficient in using CRM software.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
