We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Advisor to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their sales inquiries, and offering solutions to their water softener needs.
You will also play a key role in generating new sales leads and nurturing existing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their sales inquiries via phone, email, and online chat.
- Provide information about our products and services to customers and explain their benefits.
- Identify customer needs and offer suitable water softener solutions.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Nurture relationships with existing customers to maximize sales opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience in sales, preferably in a customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Knowledge of water softeners or plumbing industry is a plus.
- Proficient in using CRM software.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
