**Overview**

Priory Group is a reputable provider of mental health services in the UK, seeking skilled Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) to join our team as Bank RMNs. **Key Responsibilities**

Your primary responsibilities as a Bank RMN will include:

  • Providing high-quality patient care in accordance with Priory's standards
  • Participating in multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records

**Salary and Benefits**

This role offers a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, along with a range of benefits, including free or subsidized meals at many sites, free parking at most sites, and annual leave entitlement.

**Requirements**

To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • A current NMC registration
  • Relevant clinical experience
  • A positive attitude and commitment to quality care
  • The ability to develop flexible and innovative approaches to practice
  • Excellent communication skills

**Estimated Salary:** £31,000 - £38,000 per annum based on location and experience.
