Job Title: Custody Regulatory Reporting Product Manager

Citi is seeking a highly skilled Custody Regulatory Reporting Product Manager to join our team in London. As a key member of our Securities Services division, you will be responsible for managing the development and implementation of our regulatory reporting product.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the definition, design, and implementation of the Custody Regulatory Reporting product.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand and define critical business and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Design and deliver an operating model to support the production and delivery of Custody Regulatory Reporting.
  • Define risk and control frameworks for Custody Regulatory Reporting.
  • Develop and implement data requirements and supporting data architecture.
  • Manage Custody Metrics and contribute to the definition of optimum KPIs.
  • Lead the interpretation and understanding of regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Programme ownership and management of a comprehensive corrective action plan.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in the financial services industry with custodian, fund manager, and/or large institutional broker.
  • Strong financial services knowledge, particularly in Custody and Securities Services.
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance environment for custodian banks.
  • Track record of significant contributions to regulatory reporting programmes of work.
  • Technology and data expertise.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Strong degree of personal effectiveness and ability to mobilize virtual teams.
  • Self-starter comfortable with taking accountability and working through ambiguity.
  • Strong communication skills, including to Board and regulators.
