About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Ophelia House. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting women as they navigate their journey towards recovery and personal growth. Your expertise and compassion will be invaluable in creating a nurturing environment that fosters healing, self-awareness, and empowerment.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each woman's unique needs and goals
- Facilitate group therapy sessions focused on trauma-informed care, emotional regulation, and coping skills
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination of care and support
- Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and outcomes

Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., counseling, psychology, social work)
- Significant experience working with women who have experienced trauma
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and boundaries
