About the Role

We are seeking a highly commercial and analytical individual to join our Fleet Management team as an Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Head of Group Fleet Management and Manager - Fleet Management in the preparation and maintenance of strategic and operational fleet plans for the various TUI Group airlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and maintenance of fleet plans, including the analysis of lease extension opportunities and the evaluation of new aircraft types.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of fleet data, including the update of the aircraft database and the production of quarterly reports for key stakeholders.
  • Conduct scenario analyses to compare the cost of lease extensions versus returning aircraft and/or taking market aircraft, including maintenance fly forward models.
  • Support the evaluation of commercial, financial, and operational implications of ACMI/charter aircraft versus in-house aircraft to fulfill tour operator demand.
  • Participate in the evaluation of new aircraft types and provide inputs/feedback to senior management on relevant topics.
  • Build awareness of the market and competitor landscape to provide insights to senior management.
About You
  • You will be a highly commercial and analytical individual with a proactive attitude and the ability to think strategically.
  • You will have previous experience with analysis of operating leases and advanced use of Excel, as well as knowledge of databases, VBA, and SQL.
  • You will be educated to Bachelor level in a Finance/Engineering discipline or have minimum 3 years' relevant work experience.
  • You will have strong business English, both spoken and written, and may be required to travel internationally.
