Job Description

Plumstead Consulting is seeking a highly experienced QA Manager to lead, coordinate, and oversee a QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end QA activities across all projects, ensuring high-quality delivery, and fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Team Leadership
  • Lead and mentor a team of QA Analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent, high-quality performance.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback to foster team development.
Quality Management
  • Identify risks related to quality and delivery timelines, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) Certification, ideally CTAL-TM, or CSTM (Certified Software Test Manager).
  • Proficiency with test management tools (JIRA, TestRail) and defect tracking systems.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Exposure to mobile applications and testing frameworks.
