We are recruiting enthusiastic educators to join outstanding schools in Preston, Chorley, and Lancaster. As a Primary School Teacher, you will inspire and nurture young learners from Early Years through to Key Stage 2.

About the Opportunity

You will plan and deliver high-quality, creative lessons that cater to the diverse needs of your students. You will also monitor and assess pupil progress, setting targets for improvement and providing constructive feedback.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging lesson plans that meet the curriculum requirements
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, setting targets for improvement and providing constructive feedback
  • Create an inclusive, supportive, and positive learning environment that fosters social growth and development
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Uphold school policies, including safeguarding and child welfare, to maintain a safe and secure environment

The ideal candidate will possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification, experience in teaching across the primary curriculum, and a passion for teaching and a commitment to pupil development. You will also need strong classroom management and communication skills, as well as a collaborative and proactive approach to team working.

Salary and Benefits

Our schools offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
