SEMH Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of a SEMH Support Worker in Burgess Hill. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for working with young people and providing extra support to help them thrive.

Role Requirements:
  • You must hold GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C or above) or equivalent.
  • A good educational background across various subjects is required.
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills, equivalent to NVQ Level 2 in English & Maths, are necessary.
  • You should have an understanding of the national curriculum and relevant learning programs.
  • Knowledge of relevant policies, codes of practice, and legislation is essential.
