About the Role
This is a full-time position (35 hours per week) with flexibility considered. The base location for this role is Newcastle Upon Tyne. We offer a competitive salary, 21 days annual leave, and a range of benefits including colleague discount, paid breaks, and profit share.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a central point of contact for shop teams, providing support and guidance on operational issues.
- Provide notifications and updates on events such as product shortages and system issues.
- Contribute to creating a positive and enthusiastic culture focused on driving up service levels and tackling the root cause of issues.
- Support the retail team with crisis management and emergency responses.
About You
We are looking for a strong team player with excellent customer service skills, experience of multi-tasking, and IT skills including Microsoft 365. Previous retail experience is beneficial. You should be supportive of an inclusive culture and want to develop and work alongside great people.
