Job Title: Patient Support Advisor / Dental Receptionist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Patient Support Advisor / Dental Receptionist at Queensway Orthodontics in Jesmond.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and inclusive environment where you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our dental team.

  • Previous front of house reception experience (ideally within a dental or healthcare setting)
  • A positive attitude, empathetic and well-organized
  • The ability to communicate well with patients and colleagues and highly motivated to offer a warm and welcoming environment
  • Passionate about building great relationships with patients and colleagues, and exceptional standards of care
