Your New Role

We are seeking an experienced project engineer to join our team as an Engineering Project Manager at our Ellesmere Port site. As a key member of our engineering family, you will be responsible for managing the design engineering process and team for a highly specialized Survitec product set.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead allocated projects according to accepted methodology, ensuring appropriate governance and performance metrics.
  • Document project scope and performance metrics, create workable project plans, and manage project schedules and work breakdown structures.
  • Establish and maintain governance arrangements for project delivery, communicate progress to stakeholders, and identify, track, and manage project risk.
  • Ensure effective project documentation, support commercial proposals, and review contract specifications to prepare budgets.
  • Provide technical subject matter expertise to interpret and apply policy and regulatory requirements.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a candidate with wide and deep general engineering experience, project management experience, and managerial or supervisory experience. You should have problem-solving skills, be willing to travel, and have a strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
