About the Role
As a Care Support Worker with Home Instead, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Supporting clients with mobility and ensuring their safety.
- Assisting with meal preparation and household tasks.
- Providing companionship and engaging in meaningful activities.
- Following individual care plans and reporting any changes in clients' conditions.
- Maintaining accurate records of care provided.
