About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Cadley Hill View, working part-time hours for our late shift. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional wellbeing and social needs are met.

Responsibilities will include assisting residents with personal care activities, such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing, and assisting with meals. You will also deliver care that comes from the heart, making sure our residents never lose their dignity or sense of individuality. This may involve helping someone with limited mobility to learn to use an aid, offering emotional support to a confused or distressed resident, or delivering care to someone at the end of their life.
