Care Assistant Part Time Opportunity

About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Cadley Hill View. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional wellbeing and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing, and assisting with meals.
- Deliver care that comes from the heart, ensuring our residents never lose their dignity or sense of individuality.
- Participate in general activities within the care home, promoting a sense of community and social interaction.
- Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility, and you will be required to recognize signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know what to do if concerns arise.
