Job RoleWe are seeking a skilled Referrals Officer to join our team. As a Referrals Officer, you will be responsible for managing referrals from Local Authorities and matching foster placements according to children's needs. You will work independently, using your initiative to find creative solutions to foster placement requests.
Key Responsibilities- Manage referrals from Local Authorities
- Match foster placements according to children's needs
- Work independently to find creative solutions to foster placement requests
- Collaborate with foster families and Social Workers
We are looking for an individual with experience in the children's services sector, excellent administration skills, and the ability to follow regulatory policies and processes. Full training will be provided.
What We OfferWe provide a close network of support for our Foster carers, becoming like a second family. We are an equal opportunities employer and have been awarded the disability confident employer by the jobcentre plus. The successful applicant will be subject to a DBS check at enhanced level.
