Deputy Nurse Manager Position

Black Fox Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Deputy Nurse Manager to join our team at a well-established private nursing home in Bangor, Northern Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and assess residents' health status, making informed decisions and resolving problems.
- Develop effective communication among healthcare team members and collaborate with other departments.
- Ensure compliance with care home policies and procedures, implementing safety protocols.
- Manage nursing resources efficiently, participating in budget planning and control.
- Identify areas for quality improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Provide leadership to the nursing team, maintaining high standards of care in accordance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Supervise and support nursing staff, ensuring appropriate skill mix and staffing levels.
- Conduct patient assessments and contribute to individualized care plans, collaborating with healthcare professionals.
- NMC Registered
- Experience working in a care home environment.
