Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Quality Engineer Lead to join our team at Jaguar Land Rover.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Monitor and report current car internal & external customer KPIs, identifying deteriorating metrics and communicating vehicle line status for review.
  2. Maintain the integrity and robustness of current car aims deck for vehicle lines owned.
  3. Serve as the key contact for the Plant Vehicle Team, supporting the Manufacturing plant for Engineering internal customer issues reported from First Time Thorough, Divert Free Vehicles & WCPA.
  4. Lead the reduction of functional faults on vehicle lines from external customer issues reported on 0 & 3 MIS Warranty & RSA by providing problem-solving support and leading X-functional project teams.
  5. Act as an Agile Product Owner for squads within the PVT Central teams.
Requirements
  1. An Engineering Degree or equivalent relevant experience in an Engineering function.
  2. Knowledge of manufacturing and supplier quality operations and processes.
  3. Comprehensive 8D problem-solving knowledge and ability to coach others.
  4. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to manage multiple internal and external relationships in complex stakeholder environments.
  5. Well-organised, methodical, and able to adapt in a fast-moving, exciting, and evolving environment.
