Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Test and Compliance Specialist to join our team at TÜV Rheinland Group.

The role will focus on testing and inspection of client's large industrial machines and semiconductor manufacturing equipment. This position is responsible for completing all aspects of regulatory compliance testing and reporting on client products using EN/UL/CSA & SEMI standards.

  • Meet test objectives by determining testing methods and selecting testing equipment.
  • Perform tests for certification of equipment to applicable domestic or international regulatory standards and regulatory compliance regulations.
  • Develop test strategies and test plans to verify standards, compatibility, functionality, performance, and reliability.
  • Report and track defects found during testing. Record test data, technical information, and other details.
  • Participate in creating and evaluating new product test requirements and test strategies.
  • Perform other duties and complete other special projects as assigned.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers and effectively work with external and internal project teams.
  • Strong engineering knowledge, understanding of testing requirements, manufacturing processes, drawings, and standards.
  • Knowledge of EN and international regulatory standards and approval requirements.
  • Ability to travel to client sites including mainland Europe. Valid driver's license required.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools.
Salary:

£50,000 - £60,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent technical education and directly-related experience.
  • Regulatory Testing training.
