About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in understanding and documenting current business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements
  • Develop and maintain business process documentation and blueprints
  • Work closely with IT teams to ensure effective implementation of business solutions
  • Manage and prioritize product backlogs in an agile environment
  • Utilize CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics to drive business growth
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in gathering and challenging requirements, managing product backlogs, and utilizing CRM platforms
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps or Jira
  • Experience in fast-paced retail or supply chain environments
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and relationship management skills
