Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Helpdesk Manager to lead our technical support team in Epsom. As a Helpdesk Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our service desk, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues, and providing leadership and guidance to our team of technical support engineers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of technical support engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and technical expertise.
  • Develop and implement effective processes and procedures to ensure efficient and timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technical support services with other business functions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in Windows, Office 365, and Azure, and apply this knowledge to improve our technical support services.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for technical support services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading technical support teams in Windows environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, Office 365, and Azure.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
