Aftersales Invoice Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Aftersales Invoice Administrator to join our team at The Solution Automotive Recruitment. As an Aftersales Invoice Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and process invoices and associated paperwork for all work completed within the company.
  • Prepare and submit repair and maintenance claims and warranty claims, ensuring the quality and compliance of all documentation.
  • Reconcile manufacturer payments, including acting upon claim discrepancies and management of aged debt.
  • Support the Service Team with effective WIP control.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in an automotive service operation or in a comparable role.
  • Proven track record in warranty/service contract administration.
  • Understanding of compliance associated with Heavy Goods Vehicles.
  • Basic knowledge of service-relevant applications.
  • Basic computer skills as well as general business knowledge.
