Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead our Autism Outreach Service in London, providing support to individuals with complex needs.

The ideal candidate will have significant management experience, excellent communication skills, and a qualification in Positive Behaviour Support Coaching.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of support workers to deliver high-quality person-centred support.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive transition plans for new referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with families and stakeholders.
  • Ensure the service is delivered within budget and meets expected performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • Significant management experience in a similar setting.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in delivering person-centred support to individuals with complex needs.
  • Qualification in Positive Behaviour Support Coaching (BILD accredited).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
