We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Operations Specialist to join our team. This is a key role that will provide first-line functional support to the business and our suppliers for our procurement systems, ensuring seamless operations and maximum efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in project management. Proficiency in German is also essential, with the ability to work in a business environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line functional support to the business and suppliers for procurement systems, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Update master data in procurement systems, including user access, vendors, catalogue listings, and accounting cost centers.
- Monitor and resolve transactions that have failed to complete successfully.
- Train users on how to use procurement and helpdesk solutions.
