Job Description:
As a Graduate Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in providing academic support to students, working closely with teachers to plan engaging lessons and creating innovative resources. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to lead small group interventions and mentoring sessions, promoting student progress and achievement.

Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with teachers to develop and deliver tailored learning programs.
  2. Support students in achieving academic goals through personalized interventions.
  3. Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance.

Requirements:
  1. A recent graduate from a top 10 UK university with a degree in a relevant subject (Minimum 2:1).
  2. Prior experience in education or working with young people is advantageous but not essential.
  3. Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.

Estimated Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 per annum, based on a 38-week contract at £96 - £105 per day.
