About this Opportunity:

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in promoting the educational needs of children and young people in foster care.

You will work closely with foster carers, Virtual School Teams, and schools to deliver support services that make a real difference in the lives of these vulnerable individuals.

Key responsibilities include providing support with schoolwork, establishing objectives, and planning and delivering support services to promote stability and longevity within placements.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 5 GCSEs, Grades A*-C including English and Maths (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience of working in an education setting supporting young people
  • Able to liaise with Virtual Schools/Schools/Local Authority teams
  • Hold a full UK Driving Licence
  • Undertake an enhanced DBS check
