Primary Intervention Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Primary Intervention Teaching Assistant. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience working in a school setting and support the development of students in a primary education environment.
As a Primary Intervention Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individualized support to students who require additional help with their learning. This may involve working with students who have special educational needs, supporting students who are struggling with specific subjects, or assisting with classroom activities and lessons.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of students. You will also need to be highly organized, able to work independently, and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to students who require additional help with their learning
- Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement learning plans
- Assist with classroom activities and lessons, including preparing materials and resources
- Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents to ensure that students receive the support they need
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment
Requirements:
- Recent graduate or experience working in a school setting
- Strong passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of students
- Highly organized and able to work independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents
