Job Description:
A dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant is sought to work closely with children in an SEN school. As a vital member of the teaching team, you will provide essential social, emotional, and physical support to our students.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in planning and delivering educational activities tailored to individual needs
- Provide personalized support to students with autism, ADHD, or other learning disabilities
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for all students
- Collaborate with teachers to maintain a well-organized classroom setting
- Support students during activities, promoting their engagement and participation
- Help students with daily tasks such as eating, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Monitor student behavior and intervene when necessary to maintain a positive learning environment
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians on student progress

Requirements:
- Enthusiasm for working with SEN children
- Experience working with children, preferably in a school or childcare setting
- Ability to educate and engage students from diverse backgrounds and abilities
- Familiarity with special education practices and strategies preferred
- Patience, empathy, and strong relationships-building skills

Salary Details:
The salary range for this role is £80-£90 per day, dependent on experience.
