About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join our team at Reed. As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative support to our Account Managers and contribute to the smooth operation of our sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with experienced sales professionals to provide quotes and source specific goods, ensuring a seamless sales process.
  • Coordinate the workflow of sales support services to designated sales teams.
  • Place orders onto our internal database and obtain pricing for product requests from the sales team.
  • Handle general customer inquiries while liaising with customer services and the accounts department.
  • Maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to keep all parties up to date with key information.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements
  • Strong administration skills and self-motivation.
  • Professional telephone manner and excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Competence in dealing with customer queries and complaints efficiently.
  • Proven track record within a similar role.
  • Understanding of Business-to-Business (B2B) processes is desirable but not essential.
