Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with experienced sales professionals to provide quotes and source specific goods, ensuring a seamless sales process.
- Coordinate the workflow of sales support services to designated sales teams.
- Place orders onto our internal database and obtain pricing for product requests from the sales team.
- Handle general customer inquiries while liaising with customer services and the accounts department.
- Maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to keep all parties up to date with key information.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
- Strong administration skills and self-motivation.
- Professional telephone manner and excellent customer service skills.
- Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Competence in dealing with customer queries and complaints efficiently.
- Proven track record within a similar role.
- Understanding of Business-to-Business (B2B) processes is desirable but not essential.
