Job Description

We are partnering with a high growth Technology organisation focusing on Open Source Cloud Telecommunications. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Cisco and Juniper network infrastructure, as well as Azure networking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement network infrastructure solutions using Cisco and Juniper equipment.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Azure networking solutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that projects are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Provide hands-on technical support for network infrastructure and Azure solutions.
  • Ensure that infrastructure and systems are documented, secured, and scalable.
  • Proactively monitor system logs and behavior.
  • Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and industry developments, and share this knowledge with the team.

Requirements

  • A proven track record in a network or infrastructure engineering role.
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in Microsoft platforms (Azure, AD, M365), Networking (Cisco Switches, Juniper Routers) Telephony (SBC) and Virtual Server Architecture.
  • Understanding of Voice Protocols and routing.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of ISO27001 standards and ITIL Framework.
  • Cisco CCNA (or similar).

Desirable

  • Knowledge of Dialogic or Ribbon SBC.
  • Certifications in Azure AZ-104.
  • Teams Admin MS700 (or Similar).
  • Cisco CCNA (or similar).
  • Linux Admin (Centos, Ubuntu).
