Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Peaple Talent. As an Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintaining clients' infrastructure.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing technology company where you will be handling complex incidents, providing technical support, and maintaining clients' infrastructure.

You will have some involvement in projects, but this role is predominantly a support-based position. The successful candidate will be well-versed in M365 suite, Azure, Windows Server, and Cisco networking.

This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to work from our offices 2 days a week.

The Role:

  • Provide 3rd line support, managing complex incidents and resolving problems
  • Act as an escalation point to 2nd line team
  • Be able to coach and mentor junior colleagues
  • Ensure that documentation is accurate and kept up to date

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience of providing 3rd line support within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent understanding of M365 suite, Azure, and Windows Server
  • Knowledge of Cisco Meraki
  • Team player with a positive attitude and excellent work ethic
  • Excellent customer service skills
