Job Title: Night Facilities Officer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Night Facilities Officer to join our team at Kaplan Living Brighton. As a Night Facilities Officer, you will be responsible for the management of our facilities, ensuring the health and safety of our students and staff, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our facilities, including building management, health and safety, and customer services.
- Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, including repairs and maintenance of equipment and fixtures.
- Provide excellent customer service to our students and staff, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the General Manager and Deputy Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
- Perform other duties as required to support the General Manager and Deputy Manager.
Requirements:
- Experience in a customer-facing environment, preferably in a maintenance or caretaking role.
- Knowledge of health and safety legislation and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
