Job Description
As an EYFS Teaching and Learning Assistant, you will work closely with the teaching staff to provide academic, social, and emotional support to children in Reception who have autism. You will develop individualized plans and contribute to a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Experience working with children with autism or other special educational needs
- Ability to develop strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
