About the Apprenticeship

This apprenticeship offers a unique chance to acquire new skills and knowledge while working towards a level 2 Community Activator Coach qualification over the course of 12-18 months.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver coaching sessions in schools and SEND settings to foster connections between participants and their optimal next cricket experience.
  • Analyze facilities access and areas of demand to identify opportunities for growing disability cricket participation among adults and juniors.
  • Support the development of a disability cricket volunteer workforce within recreational clubs and hubs across the county.
  • Collaborate closely with Lord's Taverners and England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB) to further enhance disability cricket in the county.

Estimated salary: £23,000 - £29,000 per annum, depending on experience.
