The Salisbury Arms is looking for a talented and passionate Front of House Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results.

Salary Details

Our estimated annual salary range for this role is £25,000 - £32,000, based on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities

As a Front of House Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and motivating a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and results
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless execution of orders and efficient service delivery
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators, such as sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous leadership experience in a hospitality or customer-facing environment
  • Proven track record of delivering business results and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
