Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of Early Years professionals to deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 3 months to 5 years.
- Develop and implement engaging learning programs that meet the individual needs of each child, while ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
- Build strong relationships with parents, colleagues, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures, including Safeguarding and Child Protection.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our nursery's vision and strategy, aligning with the company's HEART values.
