Key Responsibilities- Lead by example and demonstrate a strong work ethic, ensuring the highest standard of customer service is maintained at all times.
- Achieve sales targets and maximize sales through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement.
- Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising, ensuring the store is always visually appealing and well-presented.
- Maximize multi-channel and online sales through effective use of digital platforms and social media.
- Support the store manager in actively recruiting volunteers and ensuring a high level of staff engagement and motivation.
- Achieve expectations within campaign activities, working closely with the store manager to deliver results-driven initiatives.
- Work with the manager to generate stock and maintain accurate inventory levels.
We are looking for someone who has a passion for retail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will have experience in a customer-facing role, either in retail, hospitality, or service industries, and be comfortable using MS Office and various POS systems.
