Job Title: Aerospace Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Project Manager to join our team in the Offshore Development Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of the East Anglia Hub projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage land owner and 3rd party land agent relationships to ensure access to land for surveys and development projects.
  • Oversee the completion of negotiated Option agreements with private landowners and manage land agreement related GIS images and inputs for onshore cable route.
  • Provide land specific project management support to onshore development projects, including OFTO package lead, consent compliance team and wider development teams.
  • Manage risk register and disseminate accordingly, and attend kick off meetings, site investigation meetings etc to ensure contractors and project staff are aware of obligations within consents, landowner agreements or other relevant permissions.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in Project management and Land Management to support the development of major infrastructure projects in the UK.
  • Relevant onshore and/or offshore development experience within a multi-disciplinary project environment.
  • Relevant experience in development of offshore windfarms, onshore and offshore grid connection works.
  • Ability to translate technical detail into commercial impact, and strong planning and analysis skills with the ability to look forward and anticipate problems and thereafter plan and implement mitigating solutions.
