Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Dental Receptionist to join our team at Bupa Dental Care Timperley. As a key member of our practice, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our dental practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet patients, providing a warm and welcoming experience
  • Manage patient appointments, bookings, and records with accuracy and efficiency
  • Coordinate care packages and communicate with clinicians to ensure seamless patient care
  • Confidently promote and upsell Bupa Dental Care products and services
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
  • Support the Practice Manager and clinical team with administrative tasks and practice operations
  • Handle patient payments and maintain confidentiality
Requirements
  • Positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous administration or receptionist experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook, with excellent organizational skills
  • Previous experience promoting company products and services
  • Preferred experience in a dental setting
