We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Dental Receptionist. As a key member of our practice, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our clinical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and greet patients, providing a warm and welcoming experience
- Manage patient appointments, bookings, and records with accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate care packages and communicate with patients and clinicians as needed
- Confidently promote and upsell Bupa Dental Care products and services
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
- Support the Practice Manager and clinical team with administrative tasks and workflow
- Handle patient payments and maintain confidentiality
Requirements
- Positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Previous administration or reception experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook, with excellent organizational skills
- Previous experience promoting company products and services
- Preferred experience in a dental setting
